Stand van zaken 3D BAG

Hoi Geoforum,

Weet iemand hier hoe het nu zit met de 3D BAG van de TU Delft? De laatste update van de dataset (Postgres dump) was van afgelopen november, maar ik heb sinds die update geen nieuwe informatie gezien over deze dataset?

Is het project nog steeds actief, en wordt het jaarlijks geupdate? Daarnaast zag ik een tijd geleden ook de 3D basisvoorziening vanuit het Kadaster (PDOK - 3D downloads), maar dat staat volgens mij los van de 3D BAG.

En misschien wel de belangrijkste vraag, wat zijn de beste kanalen om up-to-date te blijven met de 3D BAG. Momenteel bekijk ik met regelmaat de website van de 3D BAG zelf.

Hi,
indeed there were no news about the 3D BAG since a few months, but that is because we are busy laying down the future of the service. This means a lot of administrative work and little-to-none technical development. Nevertheless, we are working hard so that the 3D BAG can stay available as open data in the years to come. Soon we will share more information about this.

Yes, the 3dbag.nl website is the best place to stay up to date. Any significant change will be published there. Otherwise, this forum is a good place to ask questions.

The 3D basisvoorziening is not related to the 3D BAG. The former is a product of the Kadaster, although the 3D geoinformation group is also involved in the making of it.

3D BAG has been really great for several use-cases and solutions, so great to hear that you guys are still working on it! So thanks for the info and I’ll keep checking the website!
