Does anyone have any idea where to find the walking path dataset of Amsterdam city?
I tried it pdok, georegisteer and data.amsterdam with keywords such as wandelenpad, wandel, wandelen.
I got a sidewalk path dataset, but no path comes into the public park so it’s not enough for me.

Perhaps the dataset Landelijke wandelroutes (Geo services - PDOK) does answer your question.
It is possible to download OSM as shp (Geofabrik Download Server).
The roads-file also contains pedestrian, sidewalks, cyclingroads, etc.

Deze dataset bevat een netwerk van wegen gekoppeld aan adressen uit de BAG in Amsterdam en omgeving. Het doel is om met dit netwerk analyses uit te voeren voor onderzoek naar:
nabijheid, locatie-optimalisatie,
locatie-allocatieanalyse en
incorporatie van nabijheid in spatial autocorrelation, spatial regression, spatial econometrics (prediction).
