New version of 3DBAG containing LoD2 models of all buildings in NL is out!
We are happy to announce that the new release of www.3dbag.nl is out.
Apart from some general improvements, this new version contains per building areas of ground surfaces, roof surfaces and walls, distinguishing between outer-walls and walls that are shared between two buildings (as, for example, needed in heat loss calculations). This new release also contains a new 3DBAG API that allows direct access to 3DBAG in CityJSON format including 3D geometry.
Our collaboration between the 3D Geoinformation research group Delft University of Technology and 3DGI received funding from the European Research Council (ERC) which made this new release possible.
