Timeseries of buildings for Rotterdam

I am looking for timeseries of buildings for Rotterdam to use in Earth Observation data analysis as validation data.
More specifically, does annual data of building footprints exist as open data?
Desired timeframe is from 1985 - today on annual basis.

Yes the BAG buildings contain a field ‘bouwjaar’ (year of construction) and from about 2010 you can use the fields ‘startdatum’, ‘einddatum’ and ‘status’ to figure out the exact existance in time.
