Hello, I would like to ask you if it is possible to link perceels based on their owner id (or some other type of id linked to it). For now I can query cadasters pretty easily, but I can’t seem to understand if it is possible to query multiple cadasters based on their owner (or perhaps some other id connected to a hypothetical owner id). Thank you for your time and attention, feel free to respond in Dutch, I can easily translate the response :).

If you use the Digitale Kadastrale Kaart (DKK), what you want is not possible. At least, I am assuming that with this:
you mean parcels (or Percelen, as they are called in Dutch). The DKK does not contain any information on legal rights and their owners, so with these services you can’t do that.
There are ways of doing what you want, but you will have to get in touch with the Kadaster, they can help you with your specific use case. I can explain things here as well, but it’s far easier if you go straight to the source I think.
