Is it possible to download the dimensions of a particular building from (e.g. my house) from this dataset?
How do I do this? Is there an instruction how to do this?

If you donwload the zip with the .obj file and use some software that is able to import .obj. Than you will be able to do some measuring. However, I think this dataset does really not replace the need for surveying. Depending on the purpose. Don’t build with it !

@stijnbrocker assuming that you are asking about the 3D BAG (https://3dbag.nl), then one of the easiest way is to use the .obj files. After you unzip the download, you can use Meshlab for viewing the .obj and to measure the buildings.
Meshlab has a Measuing Tool which you can use for the measurements.
